Best chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and pizzas! Love their red sauce, so fresh tasting.

Absolutely love this place! They brick oven pizza is perfectly crispy and they have so many delicious house pizza options. It’s perfect to share or get a pizza solo. They have a great beer and wine menu as well. Not a great spot for a party larger than 6.

Awesome food and service. Definitely, planning a return visit.

You know the story, local owned, unique restaurants make the best food? Fireflour puts proof to that. Wood fired in a traditional pizza oven, made fresh and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and quality. Very thin crust that has just the perfect amount of chew and yet has those delicious char spots a true wood fired pizza should! Top notch pizza, and don’t forget the gelato!! I Love blood orange and finding that in a gelato was an extra treat. Check em out, I know I’ll be back any time I am in Bismarck!

This place was actually pretty good and a fair price for the area. I give it a low rating because they somehow got my email address (through my credit card? and sent me a marketing email afterward, which really annoys me because I never gave them my email address…
