A very quiet Friday evening here, the owner and staff were very attentive. Plenty of locally produced food, nicely done. The wine was good and the various “Cellos” at the end of the meal excellent. I would say pretty good but not exceptional. Very good and much better than anything slightly touristy!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is lovely in the heart of the hills and the food is excellent quality, variety and value. Everything about our evening was lovely. From a choice to move our table to another location if we preferred to the food and the homemade liquors, including walking us safely back to our car. We would highly recommend Colle Paradiso to anyone wanting to experience excellent local Abruzzo food. There is no menu you eat what is fresh on the day, there are 2 set prices both of which are excellent value and not expensive. Having recently moved to Abruzzo we will definitely be back!

Went here whilst staying at nearby villa for Sunday lunch. Staff were great and the food just kept on coming! Some interesting dishes, including some which we would not have tried normally. The wine and water kept being replenished and the homemade liqueurs were superb (and were just left on the table! for 20 euros a head is was fantastic value and a real experience of Italian hospitality.

Set in the remote hills of Abruzzo, this agriturismo is not easy to find. But the trip is worth it for the views alone, before you even reach the restaurant. Then the food! Freshly prepared, bursting with local flavour and abundant, you will leave wishing you’d had room for more. A set menu of Euros 20, including quality local wine, makes it outstanding value. Children seem to eat free. With a warm welcome, plenty of outdoor space and a swing, it’s a great place to take the family.
