Yesterday on the producer market at the Konstablerwache here bought a little. The Bartels Backstubb mainly advertises with your sourdough bread. The purchased raised (3,30 €/kg is in itself okay, but I tend to be too bright or too resistant to wheat. Very good are all rolls, whether the sunflower buns (€0.60 or from the same dough also the multi-grain buns (0.60 €), the pumpkin buns (0.60 € , the bread buns (0.60 € , the double water buns (0.80 € , the rye buns (0.50 € or the milk bun). Also good is the rose bun (0.40 €). The cinnamon buns (1.20 € and the yeast in mousel form were quite decent.

Very good was the sunflower bun (€0.60 or from the same dough also the multi-grain bun (€0.60) and also the milk buns (0.50).
