Captain D's - Birmingham

Placed an online order only to get there and the doors are locked. Was told I had to wait in the drive thru line to get my food. And of course the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and out onto 78 hwy. I refused and demanded my food. Had to wait another 30 minutes to actually get my food. Poor management! I was shorted on my order and the price's on your website is different than I was charged. Way to much Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The service was great but it's been a while since I ate at Captain D's when did they stop putting the tartar sauce in the dining area? Also when did they stop giving drinks with the meals? Terrible customer service...waited almost 30min...and still didn't get all my food...then they want 2 get an attitude when I call and complain...spent $30 and waited 30min when I got 3 kids to feed...and u want to write my name down just to come get some fries that should have came in my order after waiting 30min....then when I get tired of waiting in the drive through pickup....I go in and the food was just sitting on the counter...like WTH‍‍‍‍ I swear I will never go there again...and I stay a block away Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
