The dame on the car thru tonight got my order wrong and when I asked to correct it, it was extremely rude and evil from no reason. I just told her that she forgot a pack and instead of fixing the problem, gave me a big job and kept telling me that I was wrong.

This week 10/31 to 11/04 has been so slow at this Drive thru. I don't know what happened or changed but it’s much slower than usual. I clocked It yesterday and it took 35 minutes to get coffee (arrived 7:15 and got coffee at 7:47). I saw 3 cars pull out of the drive thru line bc it was taking too long. Every day this week has been the same. Who has 30 minutes for DD drive thru!? I can’t come here anymore because it takes too long.
