It was much quieter, the tables were more distant, and there was a beautiful sunset view from the 32nd floor restaurant. The service was top notch and felt very personal. The food was delicious and well prepared and presented. We had the grilled octopus appetizer, double cut lambs and Red Snapper Barigoule. The white Cheddar shoots had to die. Everything was great and our server, Paula, was wonderful. She made a special evening. This will be our place for special occasions.
We visited Biloxi for the first time for my men's birthday. He booked Thirty Two on Open Table and I guess he was birthday. On arrival there was a paper map on the table that wished him a happy birthday, which was a nice touch and brought him to look. Drew was our server and you can absolutely say he is there 10 years because his service was impeccable and personal! Toby was his bus, but honestly was better than a bus and could just have been an assistant server or server. He was friendly and attentive. They checked us at the right intervals and our drinks were always full. We started with a Blueberry limonade cocktail for him and a Tito's Mule both very delicious. The mule was extra sharp and so great Drew said it was her incubator. We also started with the BLT salad for me and the French onion soup for him. He often commands the onion soup and said it was the best he ever had. I agreed as soon as I stole a bite! The BLT salad was very fresh and good. They also brought a mixed bread basket fresh and hot. There was a head of roasted garlic cloves to spread with the butter, and that was so unique tasty and sweet and a great idea that I would steal for dinner parties. For our main he ordered the regular stock and topped it with crabs and shrimps. It was perfectly boiled and I ordered the Wagyu Filet, which was also a perfect medium plus boiled and the addition of thyme and bourbon butter into the Wagyu Filet put it apart. The tenderness was unrealistic and the taste was huge! Really delicious garlic potatoes. The Broccolini was cooked a little too crispy for our preference and usually only costly carburized/bored, but not too tasteful. We finished with the cream Brûlée, which is one of my very favorite desserts to immerse and it was better than most I had. We visited during low season and so it was not full what was very nice. There was a loud table on the opposite side, where we could hear every word of their conversation and distracted from our experience until they had gone. The view of the Beau and Hard Rock was beautiful and peaceful. Overall a really great experience and we recommended Drew to many people we met during our stay. Thanks for a personalized, delicious experience that is worth your prices and meets your AAA 4 Diamond status.
If you go to a steakhouse in Biloxi, make sure it is. Came here with the family and Brian was my server and he did a fantastic job. Maybe he was the most professional server we had in the whole deal of our trip. 5 stars are not enough. This place is fantastic! All employees were very professionally trained and very hospitable. Everyone was extremely, well maintained and personable. The steaks were top score, I got the demo, and it was great. I enjoyed every bite of everything I had. I had the Caesar salad and it was amazing. Best Caesar salad and I had during this trip. Come over BR Prime, better prices, better food, better staff. 10/10 perfection. Dusty Doot approved.
What an unforgettable experience. From the moment we pushed away from the table. Every employee made the experience next level great! Every bite was delicious!
Amazing! The best (also the most expensive) meal in a bit. Our server was amazing. The charcuterie board was amazing. My wife's A5 steak melted in my mouth, and my center cut filet was amazing! 10/10
