Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Billings

If there is a worse customer service experience in Billings you?d be hard pressed to find it. I love the sandwiches but I could eat a sit down meal at a full service restaurant in the time it takes to even get to the spot where you order in the drive through. At this point I?m not even mad I?m just sitting here curious to see how long it takes to successfully order and have two chicken sandwiches made. So far I?ve been in line 12 minutes and I haven?t even ordered yet. There were 4 cars in front of me to start. I have to leave one star, otherwise this would be a ZERO, as in ?I have zero desire to come back here, ever.?

Chicken on the sandwich was cold and a lot smaller than what I normally get. Chicken tenders were ok though.

After the order was wrong, I spoke to the manager because the worker at the counter said that I didn't ring it even though he actually helped the guy who rang it. The manager was great. Fixed the order and was really nice about it. Errors don't happen biggie. After waiting patiently to get the food, I said thank you and went home. After taking out the chicken, the spicy chicken was the worst I saw. Near dark brown and dry, you could say that it is either cooked or too long. I have to say about cooked because they fight to maintain a sudden attack of orders... And a very bad customer who thought it was okay to cuddle on a young lady. (Shame on you dude.. unacceptable, no matter how long you waited. And she should have thrown you out. Although she treated everything like a boss. I wish the chicken had been better.

I was just the second person in the whole restaurant, they forgot the guy before I fries for his combo. I waited 20 minutes for a spicy chicken comb and my fries were cold, the guy after my order after 5 minutes. The manager gets a plate of food and sits down to eat while I wait all the time. No ice cream. Very bad experience for my first time Popeyes try.
