Kuma is my favorite restaurant in bilbao (and many kilometres round)

A past enjoying this wonder of dishes. one of the best places for fish lovers and Japanese cuisine. tataki toro, salmon king, nigiri besugo, nigiri cigala, coke tuna, nigiri tomato smoke, nigiri crunchiente salmonete, nigiri vieira flambeada, mouth squid, lemon fish ceviche, tuna and truffle pier, tempura crab king, nigiri egg truffle, nigiri all marinated with a white wine of flute, from the winery the faucet, dry malvasía. different since it is born from a volcanic island of canaria and perfect to pair with fish and seafood. highly recommended. dessert a few tyramisu mochis and cheesecake.

Best sushi I’ve ever eaten in my life. Get the tasting menu. Just do it.

Expensive, delicate and very delicious sushi and Sashimi made with perfection in mind.

We spent an amazing night, excelente food, lovely restaurant, friendly service. Important to check the noise inside the restaurant, or maybe it was just a noisy table beside.
