Arima - Bilbao

In Arima (soul in basque) you can enjoy a very pleasant atmosphere where to have delicious and very well presented food. The menu a la carte offers a multicultural choice of dishes. We had a very nice Italian red wine (Paolina) among a quite variegate selection. Delicious the Alitas and lomitos. The service was very relaxed and the girls who served us were very nice and funny. The place is not particularly well located, but very close to the train station and with possibilities to have drinks in night bars after dinner. The price is reasonable considered the quality of the food and the service. Gnam Gnam

I have visited this place about three times in the last month that I’ve been here in Bilbao. If you are looking for original cuisine, this place is definitely the one where to go. All the dishes that I have tried just make me want to go back and try a new one. My taste buds are delighted in sheer happiness the times I have visited. From the homemade pasta, to the fish plates not to mention the homemade ice cream. I truly believe that the Arima restaurant have nailed creativity and gastronomy in one place. I just have to say that next time I visit Bilbao, these guys will get to know me. Congratulations to these guys. Keep it up!

Omg, I love everything about this restaurant and it reminds me of restaurants in Hollywood. I tried like 10 dishes and everything was delicious. Each element of each dish had so much flavor and even if you took out the main ingredient the dishes would still be delicious because all the sauces were so flavorful. Recommendation to dip your bread in each dish. My favorite must try dishes are, the longistinos, squid ink pasta,and the cornflake plum meringue dessert. The decor is beautiful and colorful which made it feel like summer indoor. The restaurant is two stories with bigger parties on the bottom floor and the Windows everywhere makes the space feel bigger. Accompanied with the small arboretum, you feel like your having a picnic inside. The staff are gorgeous and polite. They are very careful and generous in changing plates as they explained that new plates were required when the flavor changes. Although tipping is not required, my husband and I left a generous tip because it was a magical experience.

I haven't had so much fusion of flavors in my mouth for a while. good attention and treatment, locally set very properly and exceptional food. One of the mots in bilbao.

Mediterranean cuisine very well prepared and well packed. The downstairs dining room is very cozy. Good atmosphere.
