J Jayz Grill - Big Spring

This, is a place comming on, Big Springs, has a budding district developing in a former rail road warehouse district just a little north of the famed Settles hotel. I was hesitant at first by the name, expecting a bit of a jazzy type place and then we went in and the building itself was art a great ace to see sit in, you could just feel and see this building as a bar/mercantile fountain shop 100 years ago, you had the feel of being in the old a new again.Appetizers were the pork rinds, pretty good the first two or three items I tried to order they were out of ingredients to make so that was A let down, and my camera not cooperateing to well either.So my meal ended up being gthe Philly Avery good sand which it met my needs and as my 4th choice it was a good alternative. My buddy Frank's burger could have been a bit bigger especially for a West Texas oilfield hungry man meal.My takes support thos budding district, many various entrepreneurs putting blood heart and mind on the line to make it. You can see and feel all.the potential this new district will have to offer, not just the Town but the regionFinal on food, seethe menu a good offering prices ... remember nothing is cheep in oil boom patch town.

Nice selection at the bar as well as on the menu. Food was really good. Dont let the minor sidewalk construction outside deter you. This is one of the best restraunts in town.

Went to eat there after college graduation....the atmosphere was friendly..the crew took care of my family and they even recognized me and other college graduates that were there!!!! I highly recommend J Jay-Z Bar Grill!!!!

Here during a basketball tournament about 4 pm on a Saturday. Full bar. We got some appetizers and some drinks to cool off. The deco was on point. There's a patio in the back an upstairs. Vibe is great.

First time here. From our of town, attended a comedy show and the patio set up was so nice. Perfect weather this evening for this outdoor event. Can't wait to come back to try the food and service.
