Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Big Spring

Great BBQ and great hospitality especially since they stayed open late for us.

The chopped brisket could have been warmer, but it was delicious. The bun was too much bread for me, but good for others. My companion loved the coleslaw. I had hot, fresh fries. The menu options were difficult to see from the line to order. Overall, the BBQ was good.

You eat is always really, and the portion r big enough that I nvr finish a whole meal. not to mention the staff always very welcoming. I recommend Dickey’s definitiw!

I placed an online order and went to pick it up from the restaurant. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they informed me that they were out of certain items and did not provide me with my side dish or the Hawaiian roll I had ordered. I believe it is important for the restaurant to inform customers of any unavailable items before completing the transaction. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback into consideration and improves their service in the future.

Melissa, you're not very friendly! We all have bad days, I get it, but your demeanor and attitude towards your customers should be exceptional. So sorry I forgot to mention the order was a take out, and you felt the need to roll your eyes and make a deep sigh. Uncalled for!!! My first time ever being here, and my last as long as you are the manager. Way to go!
