Starbucks - Big Bear Lake

It's a typical Starbucks but honestly the service is pretty terrible, you can stand there for 5 minutes and get looked at 30 times by 8 different employees without having one person ask if you need some help or even really being acknowledged, BUT once they do acknowledge you, they are very nice and helpful.....

I go to the Starbucks inside of Vons because it's less hectic at this location. They are also well stocked and always have my coffee or tea on hand. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Love the Matcha Latte. It's my favorite.Service: 5/5

I've been to a lot of Starbucks and none can ever get so busy all at once like in Big Bear. Its cold in winter so people want more warm drinks. The staff at Starbucks bog bear deal with the nastiest and coldest customers in California maybe. Some weeks it doesn't slow down. Busy days here and there elsewhere but here it goes for weeks. No slow periods just the next customer. Fortunately it does. Still always very great service and great attitudes.

I'll be honest, I really don't like the coffee at Starbucks. I'd rather hit them on the pop shop. If you're in Huntington Beach, go check out coffee nature on magnolia and Atlanta
