I have given them multiple chances because of the convenience of being located in the hospital, but I have been consistently disappointed. The frappes are always too watery, basically just a cold coffee. Despite asking for remakes and trying different frappes, I have encountered the same issue. Not only is the consistency off, but the taste as well. Another major flaw is their refusal to accept cash, which I find absurd.
I absolutely adore the Honey Citrus Mint tea! It is served hot, but I always request a cup of ice to cool it down. Maybe next time I will inquire if they can make it cold from the start.
