Awesome Gainesville pizza and Italian restaurant. Parking: Plenty of perking on the side of the restaurant on 13th Street.

Very delicious food and abundant servings. Bread was delicious and parking wasn't bad in the late evening

Food was delicious and the service was very quick and very friendly. This restaurant was extremely crowded on Monday for lunch time which surprised me.

The pizza was very good. Good crust. Not doughy. Great taste. The sauce was excellent. A little pricey but worth it. We placed a call to order. When we got there the staff was not very attentive. And they didn’t look happy to be there. We’d still go back.

This is a place that my boyfriend and I eat at often, but we will not be anymore. The food is very good, but today we got an incorrect takeout order. We called and asked how we could resolve our issue, hoping to either get a refund of our money or credit to buy this entre again in the future. The manager Nick told us that he could only refund us for the meatballs and rolls that were missing, which he said only equaled to $4 (a side of meatballs themselves are $7.50). When I said we would like a refund for the whole entre because it was totally wrong, he refused and began to get rude. He would not even remake it for us correctly if we came back in. A horrible customer service experience and the absolute wrong way to handle this situation. He said his name was Nick, which I am not 100% sure is correct because when I asked for his name and the next manager up he seemed worried.
