The Boathouse Carvery - Bexley

The veggie Wellington was terrible. Two squares of underdone pastry half filled with peppers and onions. Brussels were frozen. Better without if they xsnt get fresh. And no parking. Very expensive. Wouldn't go again.

Came here one Saturday evening for a family wedding. The venue was nicely decorated and the staff looked very smart. Getting a drink at the bar was easy enough and the food that was bought out was delicious. We had a great night

My partner and I chose to have our wedding at Danson Boathouse based on its location, scenery, and affordability. I had visited the venue for other events in the past and had heard great things about it. From the moment we reached out to Jane and Rosie to schedule a date, our expectations were exceeded. The staff at Danson Boathouse went above and beyond to make our day special, accommodating all of our requests for our 120-person black tie wedding. The venue looked stunning on the day of the event, and we even hired a singer, Stacey Cuddy, who had previously performed at one of their brunch events. I highly recommend this venue and its attentive staff, as well as the delicious food that received numerous compliments.

The beef was overdone and inedible, one would have thought that if 66% of the main component of the meal had been left, someone may have asked why. But no. Shame had some really nice meals there before but won’t be returning

We cannot thank the Boathouse staff enough for all their hard work that made our wedding day the amazing day it was. The venue was made to look beautiful and all our guests commented that the food was excellent and how helpful all the staff was. Jane our wedding planner went above and beyond what would ever be expected and helped us through not one but two cancellations with care and sympathy, whatever we asked was never a problem for her, she replied to messages quickly and was always available when we needed her. The park grounds are amazing for photos. I would highly recommend the Boathouse if you are looking for a wedding or party venue. Thank you all so much !!!
