Wendy's - Bethlehem

Possibly the worst deive thru service in existence. I was here 3 times and it's slow, the hired are really no matter and sometimes they just close it because it's understated. I will not stay here again

I hear there on the way to think of a job is a fast food place, it must be fast right I waited for 20 min and left without order because the line was not moved so that I don't eat because they are waiting for me very disappointing

The food was good. how to eat quickly is in the rule, but some of the workers should think this type of work new. if they don't like to work with the public. Note

After waiting 5 min to place a drive thru order I received a chicken sandwich without a top bun. When I went on line to complain and filled out the full requested information I could not submit it; the app continued to request information that was clearly present. This chain needs help on all fronts.Heading elsewhere in the future.

Dining room was closed, but there were no signs or anything to let customers know it was drive thru only. I understand that these things happen but several customers parked and tried to enter.
