Hana Japanese Steak House And Sushi

As an every Friday customer, I will never be back after the night me and my wife had... I don 't know if it 's a new server or they just didn 't feel like working tonight but the service was horrendous, the waitress essentially embarrassed both of us, and the customers that were sitting behind us stopped us in the parking lot and told us their service was atrocious as well! We go here every Friday night for the happy hour, our date night, we 're never sat at the bar and they always give us the happy hour pricing with no issue (we 're very good tippers) tonight however this waitress first tried to tell us happy hour doesn 't start until 10 (starts at 9 even says it on the table 's happy hour menu) and argued with us about it and had to ask the manager , then when she was told it was 9, she proceeded to tell us that we can 't get the happy hour pricing cause we 're not at the bar (was never an issue before) and again argued with us, when I asked to speak to the manager and he told her to give us the pricing she proceeded to sigh and give us attitude and ignore our table almost all together, she messed up both of our orders, and added a gratuity to our bill (which is definitely illegal without notice on the receipt or menu, and we will be contacting the correct authorities about), tonight changed both of our opinions of this restaraunt and due to the service of this particular employee and the negative and confrontational attitude she had to not only us but the customers behind us as well, we will never be back!

Food is good, house sake is good for the price, service was not great, waited for be seated for almost 15 minutes with no one helpful to be found A shame because everything else was a good value, rather inexpensive for what you get

Service was excellent! The greasy floors and the smells don't inspire confidence when you walk in. Sushi and Thai food were just ok. Just passing through so don't know how this compares to others in the area.

Beautiful, delicious sushi!! Highly recommend the new jalapeno appetizer! Cold sake and shumai a lovely way to start the meal ? Friendly service and inviting atmosphere!!
