Stella Marina - Berlin

This is a very cozy, old-fashioned Italian restaurant, and we were greeted very warmly at the arrival. the menu is both in German and in English, so helpful for non-German speakers. we decided to order pasta. my man ordered a cream/bef sauce, I chose cuts in. light tomato sauce when the food arrived, it was quite disappointing. the pasta of my man was good, but nothing particularly good or delicious. in that the sosse tasted as if it came out of a package. the worst was my court. I had expected to wear cuts, as mentioned in the menu, probably typical Mediterranean like courgette, aubergine, etc., however, what I received were pieces of inedible, old fantasy, boiled (carrot, flower cabbage and green beans. neither Italian nor tasty. Maybe we could have ordered pizza instead. a nice note was the shot offered by amaretto at the ende.

This is not in the central area of berlin, but eating is amazing! it's worth the long journey. in special months there are special pastas with Parmesan cheese for dying. the normal pasta menu has a regular price.

Good eating with friendly service. children, as always the case at Italian places, were super happy and so were the elders.

The restaurant is not exactly close to the main locations/hotels. so it's at least half an hour by subway. because it was difficult to find someone who could communicate in English, and their specificity was not in a Friday (holiday) at After...all, I had a carbonara, nothing special. they could find something similar in each take away

Stella Marina is not in the centre of the city , but it worst going there ...You will find domestic atmosphere, very tasty food and exxcellent service. Tomato soup and ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta were delicious After meal you will be pleased by...some free coffee or some digestive on your desire. my recommendation to everybody who like Italian food.
