Nabucco - Berlin

We decided to try Nabucco out as we always see it pretty full and gave for granted it was worth a try.As a matter of fact, the service is very italian, waiters are Italians, they bring you bread, focaccia and olives while you wait for your food, which I thought was very nice. Waiters are experienced and know how to serve food into customers' plates.The food itself though is not as good as I expected after tasting their focaccia (which I liked very much). We had Parmigiana di Melanzane as a starter, and than we had: tagliolini al tartufo and Pappardelle with rucola pesto and bufala.All these dishes were tasteless. The melanzane were completely unsalted and even adding salt, we couldn't recover them. Tagliolini were very dry, they got some taste only after adding parmesan and same goes for the pappardelle.Unfortunately, even though the service was really good, the food itself is not worth it. We have dined several times at the Nabucco during our stays in Berlin. Nabucco is a cozy italian style restaurant serving a nice meal at decent prices, and service is always good.Our last visit was for lunch only, which we enjoyed on the outside patio.

A warm, homey atmosphere.bvery friendly and welcoming staff. Very solid Italian cuisine. No frills hearty, honest food that tastes like something a family would cook up for dinner. Excellent steak -be very good fish dishes. We were very happy with the baby grilled squid. We have made this our local Italian favorite.

Nice lunch, good service, very nice decoration, Italian staff serving Italian stuff. Its not to pricy for the very good location. I will tecomend this one instead of any of the main road.

We had to wait 10 minutes inside and then we could eat outside at the terras. Pleasant street, friendly staf. We ate a pizza (verry good) and a salad. I could just eat there especially for the entertaining manager. Had a really nice dinner for a good price!
