Kafer Dach Garten Restaurant - Berlin

This restaurant is located with the Reichstag; overlooking Berlin. We had lunch here today and it was perfect, from the greeting on arrival to the service throughout. The food was delicious and the views topped it off. You definitely have to book as there is tight security getting in. You need to reserve with your passport details and remember to take your passport on the day you visit. For the location itself this restaurant is a must visit, when in Berlin. However the quality of the food and service will definitely make you return.

It is not cheap, but the food is very good and well presented. Service is good but can depend on how busy it is. You need to book in advance. If there this summer you can see the night show from it also.

The venue and views are lovely and the service was good. Although the food was beautifully presented, we felt that each course just lacked something; we found it all quite tasteless. We found dessert was the best course but again, although aesthetically beautiful, just lacked those flavours you'd expect in a plate of food in a high-end restaurant.

Usually great places lack of great food, this one is the exception. We made a reservation only to visit the dome because the visits were already fully booked. What a great surprise. Excellent view, great attentive service and the food, oh my god... the food was wonderful. The starter from the house is also vegetarian and delicious. The white onion soup was the best soup I had in Berlin during our 3 weeks trip visiting good restaurants. Creamy and tasty. My wife`s choice was the Green asparagus & chanterelles, she was delighted. My trout couldn't be better. Simply the best place to have a great dinner while visiting Berlin.

Un lieu extraordinaire, un service impeccable, une cuisine originale et savoureuse. Un grand restaurant !Un moment des plus agréables et conviviales ! Petit point à savoir quand même : la réservation est pénible mais indispensable : vu que le restaurant est en haut du Reichstag, la sécurité est extrême et on vous demande des justificatifs de votre identité avec envoi de mail et numéro de réservation. Ne pas manquer le tour du Reichstag Dome
