Best latte and cappuccino in the Bay Area hands down! Baristas are virtuosos in the art of preparing the grounds for espresso machine like nothing I’ve observed before. Same with steaming the milk and decorating the pour which is elevated to an art form. Cream is rich, brown with a crystallization unrivaled by other cafes. The cups used for on site service are colorful ceramics crafted in Sweden that add to experience. Person standing next to me in line traveled 30 minutes for his fix and beans to go, while my wife and I drive 35 mins for our cups. Note we drive Bolt EUV powered by solar panels on the roof of our house. Decor is industrial roastery chic (I’m coining the term here folks) and exceedingly clean. Great place to study or read a book at tables inside or in the street facing low/no traffic. Bathrooms are super clean. Only Ten Belles in Paris see my review is on par with CoRo. And CoRo has a broader selection of beans to go. You may wait a few minutes in line, yes, but art can never be rushed.Parking: Easy parking unlike most of Berkeley and safe

The chai tasted good but had a weird mouthfeel, and their empanadas had a good filling but very dry dough. Additionally, the business might want to update their register and their baristas on the local law — cashless business are illegal in Berkeley and the ordinance was passed last year so the barista who said “It’s not, I looked it up” might be a bit behind on the news.

This place has become one of my favorite coffee shops in the East Bay.Unfortunately, I'm not able to go very often when I'm in the area because they open at 8a which is too late for me ? but I go whenever I have a later start and I never regret it!

Excellent lattes. Strong selection of beans. Impressive baked goods. Charming and helpful staff. Beautiful space ceramics. This is our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the area.

Loved this coffee shop, friendly baristas, cute cups and amazing coffee. You can view the processing unit inside and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee by the large street side windows or outside too. Our order was delayed due to come confusion and they gave us a complementary cup of coffee with sincere apologies.
