Baskin-robbins - Bergenfield

The girls at the register need to be more welcoming and enthusiastic about their work environment. They make a mean coffee coolata but the attitude is very poor. It makes one feel scared to ask.

It's close by and does the job. I would rather go to a mom and pop parlor but sometimes you don't wanna drive. They do after all have 31 flavors. It's connected to Dunkin so you have to wait on the same line even if you aren't getting coffee or donuts. For a busy spot the staff moves pretty fast. Behind the counter and in the seating areas, the place could be kept a little cleaner

So it took 20 minutes for them to make my cappuccino blast first one they handed me was not the mocha I asked for. The second one was not blended enough. Plus the first one they made sat their for a while because they forgot about my order. With around 7 workers their I thought it be faster and need screw ups totally unhappy with my ongoing experience with the Bergenfield Dunkin donuts baskin-robbins

Been going here for years. Workers are patience and friendly. Ice cream is properly labeled and staff is attentive. Recommended.
