You're greeted first by the aromas of lime, maza/tortillas, and fresh seafood; and the sound of Spanish language bangers. Seating is outside, covered, with the truck serving as a barrier between diners and Ming Ave traffic noise. The empanadas were exquisite, I got the preparadas (do you really need a translation for that one? Which came with spicy mayo tartar type sauce, and spicy green salsa. I will be back to try more items from the menu.Parking: Unpaved gated lot
Food is really good and fresh ? I highly recommend it ?
This place for the mariscos is the most hidden gem in Bakersfield. They pack your marisco with some fat a shrimp that are filling like a mother puffer. My favorite is the mariscos a la plancha with the white BOMB A veggie rice. I swear nobody comes close to my moms rice white or Spanish, but the white rice here?, oh it’s right there with it!!! You will be glad you went. Try the mariscos a la plancha, please do yourself the favor. They are cleaned with the tails removed so they are these juicy balls of shrimp that have a little spiced hint but not enough to hit you with that heart burn. Them with the rice omg! Plus they throw in a little side salad in its own container which does include sliced fresh avocado slices. And they close at 7:30pm but they are open from 10 amKid-friendliness: It’s outside so it’s very kid friendlyParking: Sidewalk parking all close to the food truck which is nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the side walk does have a few lower wheel chair accessible low laying dips
