Domino's Pizza - BENSALEM

Good luck to answer the phone over 9:30. On three occasions I called the work in a pinch and she? never answered. Why even disturbing the closing time as 12 o'clock if you? ignore customers anyway? And the chance to order the pizza is undercooked anyway. Just avoid this place, there are many better pizza places.

This crew always makes an amazing job!!! And they are fast SUPER! Stop the great work; change nothing!

The new manager is not good. He's rude. Bad customer service. A leader never yelled at the employees as if they were slaves. I miss the old manager. He was very good. Great service and was also a leader.

This location is extremely rude. I called to place an order I was yelled at ?please hold? a guy said then the phone hung up on me. I called back the same person screamed at me said ?I told you to please hold? do not eat here the customer service is horrible

Bad. Customer service suck. No one picks up your phone more than once after 1 hour of your order. The guy is so rude on the phone, he would lift his voice and say I told you I told you before, etc. so rude. Do not receive the delivery from this place, its service sucks. They wouldn't answer calls if they were called from another number they were in less than 10 seconds. It took 1.5 hours when no more food came. The guy said we don't have drivers, okay if you don't have drivers telling us this!! We could have picked it up. He always said the driver comes in 15 minutes or 5 minutes and it was good over half an hour. We're here on a Sunday night waiting for dinner by 11.30. Don't even go to this place.
