Bendigo Dumpling House

It was very bad dumpling dry no soak and the rice very dry too. will not return to that. very disappointing for a city the size of bendigo.

We were seated promptly and served the food we all ordered within 15 minutes. The portions were generous and cooked perfectly. The prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and the service was first class.

My friend and I each ordered a plate of dumplings. My friend chose the pan-fried chicken and prawn dumplings, while I opted for the steamed vegetable dumplings. There was a wide selection of dipping sauces to choose from. We were impressed by the variety of dishes offered on the menu, including traditional Chinese favorites and specialty dumpling dishes. The service was friendly and efficient, and social distancing measures were implemented.

This used to be our favourite Chinese in town, but have now had 2 meals that were either average or bad. It closed for renovations in the New Year and hasn't been the same since. Their famous dumplings were stodgy. We had pork that was...dry and tough and broccoli and capsicum that was clearly old. The broccoli was inedible. We want to support local businesses in this time, but won't be going back. Such a shame.

My partner and i are avid dumpling lovers and we tasted the freshest tastiest dumplings here. Service was super quick.
