Go to Lucy's Tacos over Taco Bell, spend the same and Taco Bell makes me want to have an eating disorder. Is it really food? Why do we do this to ourselves? Make a stand against the slop, respect yourself.
I went today (10/9) with my 4 children at 4ish to eat them before I finished some Sunday breaks. we sat in a 9-car exhibition for almost 25 minutes, before you get to the order menu kiosk. the whole time we waited, the autoline slowly moves forward with new cars always come behind us until the line expands into the road. but after the way through this line and sit without service at the place we pull around the windows where they can see that something is out, as it seems, not to be a coworker. my teen goes around to see what up and sees taco bell worker smoking / chilling in their car, on the pavement, and inside. Apparently, on Sunday the company taco bell decided, the new hours are only 6-11 pm (drive-thru only). I am appalled that they leave 9 cars every 15 min-20 min sitting in a line that will not serve them. I watched an 8.5x11.5 sign giving all hours on the 2nd drive-thru window. none of the cars that sit in the 9-car chassis has every hope to know that they waste time. when I tried to explain that they were supposed to transmit this to their customers. first I spoke to a young man who smoked less than 50 meters from a massive line of cars that have no hint. he told me the hours are online. I thought I should have checked there and not just assumed that the Taco bell would be open on Sunday late afternoon. next comes a woman outside the building, where more 2 employees can be seen. she laughs. Apparently, a new confused moss that screams every 5 minutes hallo in their kiosk, is scary for them. so creepy they plan to keep it uncontrolled for the next or two hours or reach 100 angry customers. whatever comes first. ultimately a manager comes from his car (probably 20 feet from the trackless cars back to the road. this man calls me and my children. says there are signs everywhere. I said I have seen a sign and it was not explicit and could easily be missed. I told them to see the cars, but none of them can see any signs. also the pass-through menu has no or only one language of 6-11 pm. it could be handwritten (just throw it up there). man tells me that it is not their responsibility to explain the new hours. he rakes and raves and cuts me off by climbing into his car and sleeping the door and rolling the window. no one of these employees believed that they should help solve an obvious and growing problem. Instead, led by this manager it was clear that he felt that people were idiots did not understand that they were closed. they seem to think that we fit the whole time of wasting as we could not derive that the tacoglocke was closed. I was disgusting with her apathy and disregard. the manager's temperament tantrum was spirit-sealing. worst almost food experience ever. my one-year-old was so hungry that he cried in the next 20 minutes. when that waited him at his limit. I will never visit this place again.
Eating was okay, place was clean, self-control was easy. no problems and cooking time was fast. good in a prise, but not the best taste.
From a door shy standpoint this is the worst taco bell on the planet that they never open their lobby even if they have many people. the running Theu line gets so bad that it can literally take u a hh to thru it. they need this place down
Taco bell never fails. the service can slow down by preventing the food is good. No matter which day, seasonal or time, whether its mood, they help them
