Then I went to ask for a refund so I could just leave and they couldn’t help me out in store and gave me a number to call. Super bad service and every employee in there was just saying they don’t know how to do anything..
I picked up an online order, a salad bowl and burrito. The salad had probably 4 pieces of lettuce, hardly any meat, and a tiny dollop of guacamole that I paid almost $3 for. The burrito looked absolutely disgusting and smashed. This location has no pride in anything they make, no quality control for overpriced fast food
Quality of the food itself was great but I guess I wasn’t aware about the rice, beef and cheese shortage in the beautiful town of Bend, OR. It was late night and my company paid for it or else I would’ve complained more about the small portion $14.
The absolute worst managed and staffed Chipotle I have ever been to and it looks like I’m not the only one who thinks so. Been to probably 50 chipotle locations over 10+ years and never seen one so consistently awful. Have not had one good experience there with anyone.Constantly out of items, horrible staff, staff yelling while doing absolutely nothing and standing around, forget your items, rush you out of the line, the list goes on. If you have 10 extra minutes just drive to the other Bend Chipotle location. There is no world where it is worse than this one.
This has to be the most poorly managed Chipotle I 've ever been to. I 've been to this location on NUMEROUS occasions over the past 5 years.I 've tried giving multiple second chances... Every single time without fail at this location, there is a problem. Short staffed, hours have changed, out of tortillas, tacos, guacamole, you name it.How can you run a restaurant and CONSTANTLY be out of the few items you have on the menu? Who is the manager ordering things? They need to be fired immediately. Seriously? You 're chipotle and you 're out of tortillas?! You should have tortillas stacked to the ceiling like cord wood. Absolutely ridiculous. It could also be that the employees are too lazy to restock anything so they just lie and say sorry we 're out that takes care of that problem. Kind of like ordering ice cream from a McDonald 's. Forget about it. The machine 's perpetually broken. Until the management changes, I 'd take your business elsewhere.
