My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around this part of town when we decided to drop into El Tapeo Andaluz,a bar we've been to on previous holidays to Benalmádena ,always had a great time and so it proved on our latest visit. I like the look of this bar ,interior is so traditional ,an eye catching serving bar ,eclectic decor and furnishings and lots of seating options both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets around this bar . We sat outside after ordering a vermut each which were served in excellent condition,we chilled out and soaked up the sun while sipping our vermut's. A big fan of this drink ,in fact it's one of my favourite drinks whenever I'm in Spain,for anyone not familiar with vermut ,it's a strong fortified wine infused with herbs,spices and botanicals and with a slice of orange or an olive depending in what region of Spain you're in and a big hunk of ice ,it's such a delicious and refreshing drink that's certainly thirst quenching ,it was just so good being in such a great bar enjoying a quality drink sat with my twin brother Ste who is the best beer companion in the world. We really enjoyed our vermut's in here before we moved on and as on previous visits to El Tapeo Abdaluz we had a great time. El Tapeo Andaluz is easy to locate along Avenida Gamonal,a street and area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday,8am till midnight. Sunday,closed. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
