Polite friendly staff, great food, a great time with wonderful company

I often went here, but I didn't move in one. it was absolutely dead at 6:30 on a Saturday night. it was also absolutely ice cold inside as the heat was not on. my steak was so hard that I couldn't chew it. but the staff was nice. I really hope they can turn the things back.

Normally I love this place but tonight I guess they are short staffed because my party of two stood at the front where we were met by the host who said it would be just a minute. That's fine, while sitting and looking at (3-5 empty tables)30 minutes later we walked out.

The service was poor and the quality of food was very bad. When I ordered, I requested a side of sour cream, but we had to get up and ask again after waiting for a long time. The waitress only gave us a tiny amount, saying they were running low. The white cheese dip was very watery and the chips were stale. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Last night was our first time eating at this restaurant. I was extremely impressed with the salsa and pico de gallo. If you are a fan of cilantro, you will absolutely love it! The margarita was also amazing. I ordered the el burro de la roqueta and my husband got a combination dish. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
