Long Island Bagel Cafe - Bellmore

Absolutely love the bagels, cream cheeses, etc and the staff is absolutely wonderful most of the time... But I'd say a solid 90% of the time I get home and open my bag to find that my order is incorrect. I've even started writing down the order and handing it to them (not complicated, by the way 2 fried eggs with bacon and cheese on an everything bagel) and it's STILL wrong a good portion of the time. I'm torn, because I want to keep coming back, but it's extremely frustrating that I might as well just tell whoever is taking my order to just give me whatever they feel like making or come behind the counter to make sure they're making the correct order

Ordered a chicken cutlet wrap. The chicken was so dry and overcooked. It was so overcooked that I almost broke my tooth biting into the cutlet. I only gave 1 star because I had to.

Absolute DISGRACE. Nice live music, that 's where it ended. came here at 11a.m. today, 4.24.2022 and had the worst breakfast meal . Knew it was going downhill when the employee asked multiple times what my wife and I were ordering, then never wrote it down. The order My Wife Bacon, egg and avocado on French Toast. The Result Cold French Toast that had been grilled at some point, cold egg, cold bacon (obviously just taken out of the window), and no avocado, but had cheese, which she didn 't order. My Order Buffalo Bill (WHICH IS A LIBC PREMADE SANDWICH) on a garlic bagel. Cold toasted bread (not bagel), cold chicken cutlet with no buffalo sauce or blue cheese and a couple scraps of lettuce. ALSO up charged for avocado and bagel (didn 't get either). I took one and half bites, and for the first time in my life, just threw the food in the garbage and walked out. Oh I had half a bag of chips and the pickle, the potato salad was more like a veggie salad but still edible. I lived in Glen Cove for years and would always frequent that LIBC, my family will NEVER come back to the Bellmore establishment again. WHAT A DISGRACE.

The best bagels around. And the salads are great too. Classic tuna is a favorite of my family. They're always busy since everything is so good. The one issue I have is with some of the help. You wait on line, place your order, then then the guy who took your order will stand around chatting with his buddies for a good 5 minutes. It's happened to me way too often in this store. Ralph, the manager really needs to address this.

I've been a frequent customer since bagel cafe opened and although their food is very good it seems The staff can never get your order right. Today's order was very simple a number 4 which was supposed to be grilled chicken fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers and I asked for a lettuce wrap. The woman who Took my order started to prepare the order and asked if I wanted a whole wheat wrap and said no a lettuce wrap her response was oh yea. Then she asked if I wanted mayo odd question but I said no. I came home to find my order was bacon tomatoes and avocado not even close to my order. This happens every time I order either in the phone or in person from LIBC I actually walked into the established and asked my daughters Whos sandwich would be wrong guess I jinxed myself.
