Craig is so so wonderful. He's nice and fun to work with, incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much anything coffee related, and really cared about making thing work best for our unique situation. He made what I thought would be the complicated and messy process of getting a new espresso machine very easy and painless. He also set us up with the tools we needed to keep everything well maintained. If you need anything in the realm of coffee machine help, there is definitely no one better around.

EVL is the best there is out there. He is the only guy I use and everything ends up working great. Most of the time hes got the parts right with him to before even knowing for sure what went wrong. Cant beat his customer service and quality of work.
