Estelle - Bellingham

I had another fantastic dining experience at Estelle. The service was friendly and efficient. The hanger steak frites and roasted Dover sole were truly exceptional dishes. My only minor critique is regarding the citrus-braised warm beets with fennel fronds and pistachios; the orange flavor was quite overpowering and overshadowed the other ingredients. The dish would have been outstanding if the citrus notes had been toned down for a better balance of flavors. It's wonderful to have such a high-quality dining option in downtown Fairhaven.

We had a wonderful meal paired with fantastic cocktails. This restaurant would be an excellent choice for a date night or a gathering with friends.

The food is incredibly delicious and of high quality, the ambiance is wonderful, and the service is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I chose Estelle for my birthday dinner because I love Carnal and Accomplice and have mad respect for the creativity and quality of the food and atmosphere. Bistro Estelle is another that I will highly recommend to my friends!
