Israel took my order he was super pelite and paciente while his co worker in the back ground was yelling at him racist slurs and i can hear his co worker throwing objects at him wanting to fight him while he was taking my order! Israel kept apologizing to me for his co workers behavior. I hope he lets his manager know so something can be done about it. No one should be dealing with racism . Other than hearing his co worker being disrespectful to Israel , Israel did an awesome job taking my order and my pizza was delivered perfect by Israel.
Website let’s you add an item to your cart, waste your time all the way to the end, including adding your payment information before it lets you know it’s out of stock and cannot be added to your order?! How is this acceptable with today’s simple technology? Better yet, how can a simple item such as a crust not be available at a Pizza Hut location?! I knew there was a reason I haven’t had this pizza in over 20 years!
This location is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The service is very slow and the staff members are not very responsible. They have messed up my order 3 times. Totally unacceptable. Many of the other times the pizza is too soggy, and the last time I ordered they gave me pizza without chicken with a very bland and undercooked crust, even though I ordered it with chicken. Please get your orders correct.
If I could rate zero stars I would have. On Monday 2/27, I placed an order and was told it would be here by 10:25pm. The order never came. So I called back on Tuesday 2/28. The manager said he would remake the order and even throw in 18 wings "on the house '. Well guess what? That order also never came. I am new to Bellevue, and I had hoped that I would have better experiences here. But I can see now I was wrong. I will be filing a formal complaint with Pizza Hut Corporate offices. This is unacceptable. They refuse to refund the $50 I paid for the order and now I can see they don 't want to remake my order and make things right.
The pizza tasted fine, typical of Pizza Hit. This store was filthy though. I showed up shortly after the store opened for the day. No cleaning appeared to have been done by the closing crew. Tables were all still dirty. When I mentioned no tables were clean, the cashier just shrugged and walked the other way. Floors were strewn with trash and leaves tracked in the day before. The carpet looks like it's been there since the 20th century. Enter at your own risk.
