Mackenzie River Pizza Co. - Belgrade

I had the Tuscan penny and it was disappointing; very blasphemy and had not the dead! the brotstick was rocky. not worth the money.

We love MacKenzie River Pizza! Their food is always excellent and we especially appreciate the gluten free option, having an allergy in the family. I would leave 5 stars but unfortunately the Belgrade location has really struggled to keep up with their online and phone orders for over a year now. Often times the phone goes unanswered and the online ordering via app is turned off.To the owner(s):I understand and empathize that you are short staffed, but so is every other business in the Gallatin Valley. I would encourage you to think outside the box to find ways to adapt to a smaller number of employees yet still meet the increasing demand for your delicious food. In the meantime, my family will continue to support you! Thank you for all that you do.

I had my first bad experience at MacKenzie River in Belgrade. The pizza was extremely soggy and the dough slightly undercooked. It's enough to make me think twice before going back.

This place was located within walking distance of our hotel. We arrived a little early for dinner and were surprised to be told that it would be a 15 minute wait when there were only a few tables occupied. It appeared that they were suffering from the lack of help that so many are. I will say that our server (Reiley, I think did an astounding job of keeping up! Food was a little slower than it might have been but no big problem. We really liked the menu selection. Food quality was a solid 4 out of 5. It was a nice decor and prices were very reasonable. Would try it again if in the neighborhood.

Went in at 2:30 on a Sunday. One server and she had four tables. Hostess was busy on her phone. Was told it would be 45 minutes before we would be served. We were told we couldn’t even sit at a table. My family owns a restaurant and would be mortified if this happened at our place. Will never be back! I get that help is hard to find but a waiter should be able to handle more than four tables at a time. One table even left while we were deciding where else to eat.
