Pizza Hut - Belfast

Excellent service from our server that was a very polite, helpful man (I'm sorry I didn't get his name). our food was absolutely delicious and, large portions a pipping hot and was also served in good time. we will definitely return. keep them the good work pizza hat

Very busy about festive time. like other critique a little sticky. I didn't try any toilets. reasonable price and fast food when you get buffet service.

Attended the all you can eat buffet. Today... Not good. The buffet continuously ran out and took forever to be even stocked with one pizza. With chilli's. Then lots of veggy deep pan pizza's....Made the whole lunch experience tedious and pointless. The chicken and pepperoni pizzas are like gold dust! I would rather have embarked on a quest for the holy grail than wait for one to appear. I have a sinking feeling which one I would find first too! I'll buy a sandwich next time. Not worth the money!

We didn 't have to queue long or wait for our order to be taken. Nice enough pizza. The disappointment began when our 'bucket ' of fries for £3.49 appeared (see image attached). When asked was everything okay we complained about the size portion at the asking price. The waitress was nice and apologetic and then the acting manager came over to who we also explained our dissatisfaction with the chips but he was also apologetic. At the end of our meal when we were ready to leave another 'bucket ' appeared but we had finished eating and didn 't touch them. We proceeded to the till and another waitress asked us how was our meal. We explained that we weren 't entirely satisfied and got the attention of the manager before we left. We compared the quality, quantity and the price of the fries to a chip shop and they did not compare yet the manager talked about restaurant quality chips... We also mentioned the second portion of fries that had appeared but the manager was able to tell us that that was a mistake! We should not have received another chip at all! Paid full price for meal. Should have had the chips taken off the bill at least. Poorly managed and we left in bad form. A bad way to finish Saturday evening. We won 't be back.

We wanted quick buffet lunch. After we were seated, I said waiter that we already know what we'd like and were told that someone will come shortly to take an order. After 20 min wait, we went looking for staff member. Nobody ever come to our table until the moment we left. There were 5 pizza choices, only one suitable for vegetarian. In salad bar there was almost nothing to take. Tomato and cucumber slices and potatoe salad. Overall for the price charged, it was a disappointment. I'm giving 2 stars for pizzas my kids enjoyed.
