Sapori - Bel Air Riviere Seche

We had many, many lunches here and the were all equally as wonderful but my goodness, dinner was next level. Classics like bed carpaccio and buratta salad executed perfectly. The risotto is cooked to perfection. Possibly one of the best margarita pizzas I’ve ever had and the mushroom stuffed chicken was sublime! The food at every restaurant in the hotel is exceptional.

Throughout our 2 weeks stay we had mixed experiences at this Italian restaurant. Singh was a great waiter and served us well, but our last experience at the place was poor. Our lunch lasted 1h 30min just because of the terribly slow service. Had our icecream melting for 10 minutes before serving it to our table Otherwise positive experiences and good food!

Quite surprised to see so many good reviews here...maybe we were just unlucky! We ventured to Sapori for a lunch and experienced incredibly slow service, confused servers, food that had to be returned and witnessed ice cream melting on the serving desk for about 10 minutes before it got taken to the table whom ordered it, when the restaurant was far from busy. Also never ever experienced an Italian restaurant where you get served chopped up olives suitable only for pizzas when asked for a portion. Bread sticks were a treat though!

This fantastic Italian restaurant in Long Beach offers delicious food that truly stands out. I'm not sure if their penne is made in-house, but it’s absolutely delectable. The quality of the dishes matches that of a high-end hotel. The staff is extremely professional, and the service is definitely worthy of five stars. Sapori is an excellent choice for couples, families, and larger groups alike.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff is fantastic and very well trained. The restaurants are excellent, offering a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. I particularly enjoyed that all the restaurants are situated around a square. The service was outstanding. My only drawback was that our room was quite far from the main hotel, requiring us to use the buggy for everything. Next time, we'll make sure to choose a room closer to the hotel. I loved the gym and game rooms, and I really enjoyed the entertainment. I will definitely be returning—it's such a beautiful place!
