Ashianna - Bedlington

Disgusting customer service. Rang up, requested no onions or peppers on my order got half my sentence out and the guy on the phone cut me off saying no, no nothing like that on this order (brilliant, OK) Got it home and peppers on. Rang up, spoke to a man who passed me to the chef. Chef says order only states no onions. I explained I cant say what's written only what wad asked for etc. Offered to remake for me but I said no thanks just after a refund. Took it straight back untouched, where the owner ARGUED with me about the wrong order. I get the place was busy and understand people make mistakes but after arguing and blaming me for at least 5 minutes I will NOT be back. Disgusting the way he spoke to me. I am appalled. I didn't go in angry or kicking off, just went in for a refund. Disgusting.

The ashianna is and has been our favorite restaurant for over 10 years. eating is amazing and consistent. the restaurant is always ready for a really high standard and a really nice culinary experience. the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. takeaway are available that we sometimes choose to do when we make plans in the last minute. many parking spaces at the rear parking lot, but sometimes they can park on the main road. beer on hahn and a large selection of drinks.

Best Indian restaurant in northumberland, highly recommended, staff are brilliant nothing is ever a problem, very friendly, and eating is the best quality they can get. When I say my comments, you have to try.

This Indian is so special, the food is amazing I have never visited an Indian restaurant so good. The food is so fresh and tasty, presented well, piping hot and expertly cooked
