La Cremaillere - Bedford Hills

The food is excellent. The waitstaff is very attentive. The atmosphere is so elegant. My favorite restaurant!

Excellent food and service, if a bit pricey. wonderful ambience.

My husband and I have been to La Cremaillere many times. Recently, however, we noticed a distinct difference between what we find when we go on a regular night and what we find when we go on a special night like New Years Eve or Valentine's Day. In short: it's just not as good on those days. This place is *amazing* on a regular evening. On special occasions, it's still better than many places, but it's not as good as it is on a regular night, which is a shame.

Basically had a private chef. Besides us there were only other couples the entire evening. I know Tuesday can be a slow night, but wow! Food was terrific and obviously there were plenty of people to wait on us, I just felt badly for them.

Such a charming place, great service, and delicious food.
