Subway - Bedford

Terrible. I went in and saw a man sitting down, and I thought he was a customer, so I wait 4 minutes in the line and nobody comes to serve me. So I run out and then a lady comes out of the back and starts talking to the guy who sits down. They both work there and saw me standing on the table and said nothing. You must either close the place down or make it better. I drove here 6 minutes to not be served. Gas is not free. And the establishment was DIRTY the place where they keep the food, looks like it never was washed. This must be franchise companies.

Yes, I will never stop at this location again. My mother and I got treated very disrespectfully and I’m sure it was because we came in speaking Spanish. She act like she didn’t understand me when my English is perfect! So yeah, no thank you! Y’all need to do better and have better customer service in this location. Never been treated like this before.

Been to a lot of subways and never felt compelled to leave a review. However, this subway was super clean and had a really inviting environment. Also the two workers that helped us were both so friendly to interact with. Additionally, all the ingredients were fresh and it was a really great experience compared to other subways I have been to.

Hours showed 10. Showed up at 915 and was told not accepting any new customers. About to close . Door posting was not updated. Bad business.Fully understand last minute customers being a nuisance, but why stay open then as the neon light suggests. While typing this in parking lot, another customer pulled up and was served. Nice work Subway.
