Starbucks - Beaverton

After waiting 30 minutes for our coffee, we asked what the hold-up was? Well they did make our coffee in a timely fashion, yet there was a communication breakdown in letting us know. The lady that we inquired our query as to the long wait responded, I was wondering why you guys were just hanging out here? ...Yes we were hanging out with no coffee in our hands... They got our order wrong as it was. But they gave us fresh coffee with and extra hot chocolate for the kid.

My man ordered 2 grande s mine was a Carmel crunch Frappuccino, it had no Carmel drizzle it was watery and still had chunk s of ice in it, the other was missing the soft top cream stuff and was ok ,think my co worker is just being nice ,there was nothing but young men serving and had I don't want to be here attitude s and it showed in our drinks and there service. I will go myself next time ,if I wasn't stuck at work I would return these get a refund and go to a different coffee spot ,so not happy you just don't play around about people s coffee

Kayle was amazing! I needed two Travelers in a hurry for a gathering. I called in the order and she could tell it was a coffee emergency and did everything to make them fast. THANK YOU

Great place. One of the best starbucks that i have ever experienced. Extremely nice people. It?s a good place to go inside and get a little work done. This starbucks has a great team .

Waited for almost 10 minutes for my mobile order waiting by the counter- no one greeted me or anything. I noticed no one was working on any drinks and I asked the barista if they got my mobile order and showed her my phone. She said they didn't get the sticker and cheerfully made my coffee, but I wish someone had checked in on me instead of letting me stand there to waste my time.
