Mio Sushi - Beaverton

The fried rolls were served just as offputtingly tepid as the rolls that were supposed to be cold. Each roll was indistinguishable from the next. Sort of a beige blob of vague sushi flavor. Even the rice tasted entirely unseasoned. I am veryeasy to please with sushi, but this was absolutely the worst I 've had. Honestly disgusting. Did the chef have covid orsomething? I 've never encountered such lack of flavor. Avoid at all costs.

I really enjoyed this restaurant with its decent sushi. I may have ordered too much food—two rolls, champon, and a bento box—but everything was great (keeping in mind that it's a mid-range place; I'm not comparing it to higher-end sushi spots). The prices are reasonable, making it a perfect spot for a dinner out with friends.

For a mid-range sushi restaurant, I really enjoyed my experience. I ordered quite a bit of food (two rolls, champon, and a bento box) and everything was excellent—especially for a mid-tier establishment; I'm not comparing it to high-end sushi places like Bamboo Sushi. The prices are reasonable, and it's a relaxed spot for having dinner with friends.
