Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhile the waiter seemed attentive at first, he was seldom seen after, never even coming to offer refills. My medium steak was overcooked to well done, no pink at all. When I told the waiter hey this isn't medium, he said no it isn't and walked away.
Our waiter Chris was excellent as usual. He is super friendly and very hard working. We always have an amazing meal when he is our server!
Service was outstanding. It atmosphere was a little noisy and it was warm with the hot plates sizzling all around, but that wouldn't prevent us from returning. The lobster dip appetizer was great! The sirloin was so good with the butter and horseradish.
We waited 5-10 minutes for our table using the open table app. Our server was at our table and delivered everything before we had to flag her down to ask for them. The bill was below what we had expected. The place was a tad warm and smoking from all of the black stone cooking. Better ventilation would better suit us. All around great experience for a good price with little to no wait time. Would recommend!
My husband and I went to Black Rock for our 11 year wedding anniversary. Our waiter walked us through how to grill our steaks and was very attentive. The food was fantastic and service was outstanding!! A definite repeat customer!
