Shea the branch manager went beyond to provide excellent service on my visit, she was friendly, efficient professional, while multi-tasking at a very busy time. Also the staff was very delicious for excellent service. I had believed that new fish sandwich, the advertisement was excellent. Of course, I also had to get 10 sharp bidders with side cookies. It's great. And my schitzu Lulu was overjoyed to come on. I hope I wrote the manager name right if I don't pardon it. Again for everything you do.

Lady in drive thru had an amazing setting with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE CALLED my order on me to make sure it was right, bring me my right order from top to bottom! was really fast great personality! this is my favorite spot I will come back! in addition my food is ALWAYS FRESH delicious!

This visit was awful!!!!, management was rude, short patient, and full of attitude. I ordered a 4pcs white combo with an extra side while preparing my order I noticed I was given dark meat, I brought the situation to attention and it turned bad for me at that point. The attitude and abuse started, for a 4pcs with extra side I was charged $15.88 and was not given a receipt. Before leaving I thanked the individual for the service, but got no response. After getting home I was very disappointed and upset so I decided to give the store a call and let someone know how I was mistreated, over charged, unsatisfied with the service I received. I only got a voicemail which I left a message twice!!! So I waiting to hear from someone today. I truly hope no one receive the same customers service I experienced, it was business damaging. P.S. The food was pleasing

Service was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. The chicken was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back!

Great food for me. They let me replace all spicy thighs in the 5 pieces for $6.99.
