Jack In The Box - Beaumont

I've gone to this Jack in the box for about 6 months, and I think it's excellent. The cooks really do a great job in serving food hot and fresh. I think I'm going there tonight.

Jack in the box is my girl's main pregnancy desire this whole pregnancy. I order her almost every night. Once a week, she gets Jack in the box and I eat with her. The food is always great the staff is amazing and super friends. Had only ever had a complaint my burger was clear what I think was a mistake because even our ticket said clearly I think I was just wrong heard) also a girl had an attitude when I ordered and rushed through my order. I thought she had only one hard day. EVERYONE DOES So I continued to be polite to her and then she became politely back. Overall I have nothing bad to say about, despite the reviews I tried it myself and I know good food is good food and this place is always good

Despite all bad reviews, the personal did great! everything we ordered was correctly specified (we were very detailed on our order). everything was neat and warm packed. the staff was a little rude at the order, but in the window they were very patient and courteous with us

Always good eating and fast service and at any time there is a mistake on my order, they make sure to fix it without any job or anything I recommend to load it

The drive thru worker was so rude she needs to learn customer service because is no body 's fault that she workes at jack in the box. When your not able to hear a customer you don 't respond with what simply say I apologize ma 'am I wasn 't able to hear you can you repeat that one more time why be rude and on top of that the maneger say that 's not what she said sir it was 3 people in the car telling you that she was being rude teach your employees proper customer service
