I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took an eternity to receive our food, and when it finally arrived, half of our order was wrong. I cannot recommend this place.
It was very good. The Gale on the Drive-Thru window made my day as she really stood out as someone who loves life and really cared for her customers. She should be cloned when she was perfect. Maybe they can get them to the company so they can fix the whole company by finding many more people like them. The food was great too. Like KFC used to be. This location is better night and day than any other in the larger area of Houston.
Literally the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. This is my third time going there because it’s less than a mile from my house, and it gets worse every time. If you own this business and you’re reading this, please sell to someone who actually cares about their product! Oh and this is 3 visits over a 5 year period, move on!
