Patisserie Lionel Raux - Bayonne

Considérée comme la meilleure pâtisserie de Bayonne, nous avons franchi la porte et été émerveillés par la beauté des yeux et des papilles. Le magasin est très beau et la présentation des pâtisseries est superbe. Étant originaires de l'Ain, nous souhaitions acheter des gâteaux basques à offrir.

Chaque année, lors de nos vacances au Pays Basque, nous visitons ce restaurant et nous apprécions la qualité des desserts et des chocolats. Cette année, nous avons découvert le gâteau Windsor et nous nous sommes régalés. Les chocolats de Pâques sont délicieux. Merci pour le plaisir que vous apportez à nos papilles.

A chocolate bar: original and gourmet concept but alas this tea room is more noisy than a highway! On the first floor, the percolator covers the voices of the customers with an unsustainable noise. at this level of price, we expect better at the comfort level.

Extra chocolate bar. choose its pastries before going to the bar. on site increases the price of a euros that we pay on the floor. Hot chocolate with valrhona is the best just. Pastry is excellent. A sweet and chocolate break from a craftsman who deserves a detour.

What a nice surprise! at the turn of a street near the halls, is this jewel of greed. I unfortunately couldn't drink the famous chocolate because it was closing. But I've been fighting on pastries. I recommend the slices of pies with strawberries, lemon, peach....fine seasonal fruit. a dough is sanded or leafy that makes you want to go back. a gourmet and generous swim and fresh fruit. happiness in the most singular sense.
