Subway - Bay Village

This girl that was there in a red sweater made my sandwich her nose was really red I didn't think nothing of it. she put gloves on making my sandwich then touched the register then continued to make the sandwich she did this twice with the same gloves not once did she change her gloves. she was talking all over the food without a mask I'm just irritated now because I'm on a 15 min break and I can't go anywhere else In this little time I have I asked for a cup she put her whole hand inside the cup with the same gloves she was touching everything with, anyway either way the sandwich got me sick or she did she looked sick but I just thought that's just her face. I'm never going to that subway ever again

I have always gone to this subway and had an amazing experience. I went yesterday and 3 teenage boys were working and goofing off. The guy taking my order had me repeat every single thing because he was more worried about his friends. I tried to use my gift card that I just got and it said decline and they started laughing at me. I checked on the app to see how much i had on it and there was 10 bucks

I have been coming to this subway for 15 years. I love this location. The food is always fresh..the environment is clean and the staff is very friendly. The owner is such a wonderful guy too!
