Dragon Garden - Bay Minette

I called to place an lunch order, the lady answered said no call in order, come inside to order and hung up on me. I called her back to tell her she lost a customer for hanging up on me and then hung up on her.

Idk how this restaurant is still even open! The food is no good the rice is way over cooked there's never enough broccoli in any of the dishes only one packet of sauce unless you specify more than once and the meat is very dry who knows if they might be the ones poisoning you ya never know

The food is good, make sure you bring cash!!!! Most people don't like the lady bc they think she's rude. She is very nice to me.

Overall this place has good food IMO. The lady who answers the phone really needs to work on speaking more clearly, and not hang up on everyone. This review is being written during the Covid-19 crisis and we wanted to help a local restaurant aka Dragon Garden and call in an order from them. Both times we called she would say something really fast and hang up. Needless to say we're not ordering from them until everything is back to normal.

The food here is delicious and made to order. A full serving of General Tso's chicken takes about 20 minutes to prepare. They do not accept phone-in orders. The woman at the counter has a very no-nonsense attitude, reminiscent of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. If you’re sensitive, this might not be the place for you. That said, she does take your order accurately and expresses her appreciation for your business. Personally, I find the experience enjoyable. The food is great, the order process is straightforward, and if you don't need overly polite service when ordering, I recommend giving it a try!
