Subway - Bay City

Josh was outstanding at the Lafayette Square Subway today. Despite a long line, he provided quick service for both in-person and pick-up orders all by himself. He had a friendly smile and provided excellent service. I would rate him a perfect 10.

This restaurant is decent, but it would be improved if it had a larger store space. There is very little room between the payment counter and the exit, which may make larger individuals feel uncomfortable as they have to squeeze past the entire line. My ham and cheese sandwich was okay, nothing special. However, one standout aspect is the employee named Mike who is consistently present and always has a positive attitude. Good job, Mike!

The restaurant was very crowded, but the employees managed the busy situation very effectively. The manager was present as well, and it was clear that she had a strong and positive relationship with her team. It was refreshing to see such a dynamic in a fast food setting, as these types of jobs are often underappreciated and underpaid. I can personally relate, as I worked in this industry for 15 years.
