The highlight of our meal was the burger I ordered, the Kentucky Derby. I made it a double and paired it with sweet potato fries. The fries were perfectly cooked - not too crispy or too soft. The combination of bourbon wobble jam, BBQ sauce, and speck on the burger made for a delicious and satisfying meal. If I ever find myself passing through again, I will definitely make a stop to try out another one of their tasty burgers.

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Whenever I come to Bay City to visit my parents, this is the only restaurant I make sure to go to. They have a decent selection of beer and their 50/50 burger is absolutely amazing!

This was the best burger I have ever had! I ordered the Prairie Fire burger with sweet potatoes, and my partner had the 5 Alarm burger with shoe-string fries. The service was excellent.

We visited Bay City for a Sunday afternoon of browsing through antique stores and stumbled upon American Kitchen by chance. What a wonderful discovery! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband enjoyed the Rise and Shine burger, which combined his favorite food groups - breakfast and burgers. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, with no soggy bits. I chose a fresh fruit cup as a diabetic-friendly side option. We were impressed by the beer selection, with many Michigan-brewed drafts available. A special thanks to our server, Kelsey, who ensured everything was to our liking.

This restaurant serves the best macaroni and cheese with chicken and bacon. It is incredibly creamy and cheesy, with the chicken adding delicious flavor. The crumbly topping and bacon pieces on top make it heavenly. This dish is so filling and satisfying. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should!
